Number of Electric Vehicles on Delhi Roads is increasing day by day. These days people prefer buying electric cars and scooters. A lot of people also buy expensive electric vehicles (EVs) like Porsche Taycan or Audi e-tron GT.
Here are a few photos of Electric Vehicles on Delhi Roads. Scroll down for the pros and cons of EVs.

Pros:
1: EVs make little noise, hence, there is a reduction in noise pollution in our environment.
2: There is a reduction in the carbon foot print (during production the carbon footprint of EVs is higher than Internal Combustion Engine vehicles but over their entire lifecycle EVs have a lower carbon footprint). They can contribute to a reduction in the pollution levels in Delhi.
Cons:
1: An EV is almost silent which makes it hard for people on the road to be aware of it and this may cause an accident.
2: The range of driving distance of an EV is lower than that of an Internal Combustion Engine vehicle though this gap is reducing.
Conclusion: EVs are better for the environment even though they have a few downsides.
